1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bazzy TV at bazzy.tv (the “Service”), operated by Amplithian AI (Applied Intelligence) Studios LLC (“Bazzy TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Bazzy TV streams live and on-demand video from Los Depressos Studios in Brooklyn, New York. The Service is in an early, invitation-only stage: access is by access code or by signing in with an approved account, and broadcasting is limited to people we authorise. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not:

• Share an access code or your account with anyone we have not invited;
• Attempt to reach content, broadcasting or other features you have not been given access to, or to get around any access control;
• Record, copy, rebroadcast or redistribute any stream or video from the Service without our written permission;
• Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The video, audio, names, logos and other content on the Service belong to Amplithian AI (Applied Intelligence) Studios LLC or its licensors. Viewing it through the Service does not give you any right, title or interest in it. Some content is private and may be made available only to specific people.

5. Access Codes and Accounts

Keep any access code we give you confidential. You are responsible for activity under your code or account. We may change, expire or revoke access codes and account access at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplithian AI (Applied Intelligence) Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
